You’re invited to join an Online Circle of Meditation & Self-Compassion

The Compassion Project is hosting weekly online drop-in meditation circles to support us all in this challenging time of change.  Come together with fellow community members to take care of yourself and one another. Create some ease alongside friends.   No experience required, all are welcome.  Sessions are on Mondays at 6pm at this link.
