This restorative session is designed to introduce some basic mindfulness and self-care practices that can be used in everyday life. We will also explore how to respond when managing complex and demanding situations. Some we encounter include: scarcity of resources, time, and tools, stress that impacts work/life balance, burn out, self-judgement, and other common human experiences.

As with so many situations we navigate in our daily lives, change often begins from within. The day is designed to provide time to be present, release expectations and nurture our capacity to respond in all areas of our lives.

DARING GREATLY: THE DARING WAY™
with Jennifer Koznyiak RSW, Certified Daring Way Instructor

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown where we explore the topics of vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.

Check back for future offerings.
