Free Mindful Self-Compassion Online Class from Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer

With the surreal time we’re facing right now, here is a generous offering from Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer, who have been researching self-compassion for over a decade: what it is, how it transforms our lives, and how to build it.

Through this link, you will have access to three free videos.

In the first of three videos, you will learn:

  • Why so many highly compassionate people are reluctant to turn their kindness inward.
  • How self-compassion makes us more motivated and resilient than self-criticism.
  • A guided meditation for when we’re feeling anxious or inadequate—especially if conventional mindfulness or breathing practices aren’t working … and more

Please feel free to share this with anyone who may find it useful.

Please note, all  in person Compassion Project workshops are being postponed. With the evolving pandemic recommendations around social distancing, we want to take all precautions to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and will reschedule all events at a later date.

Thank you!
