Compassion Project

STANFORD UNIVERSITY’S COMPASSION CULTIVATION TRAINING

Cultivating compassion goes beyond feeling empathyand concern for others. It develops the strength to be with suffering, the courage to take compassionate action in a hurting world, and the resilience to prevent burnout. These qualities support a wide range of goals, from making a positive social change to improving personal and professional relationships. Through instruction, daily meditation, awareness, and in-class interaction, the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness are strengthened.

UPCOMING IN 2019.
